You must submit full documentation for all secondary and post-secondary (college or university) studies.
Depending on the educational system, the transcript of grades can be submitted electronically or by standard mail. Please refer to the Next Steps Guide for the specific documents required and method for sending the information. If you applied on an OUAC 101 application, your school will report your Ontario secondary school grades.

Proof of English Facility
Check if you are required to submit a test of English Facility (e.g. TOEFl, IELTS) and check deadline dates for receipt of test results. Visit uToronto English Language Requirements for details.
The university will accept only official test scores sent directly by the testing agency to Enrolment Services at 172 St. George Street, Toronto ON M5R 0A3.
